1. Introduction

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the website immediately.


2. Business Model & Nature of Operations

Brown’s Commerce Hub operates primarily as an international sourcing and preorder-based retail business.

Products listed on the website are sourced from international suppliers and fulfilled through coordinated procurement and shipping processes.

Customers acknowledge that:

  • Products are not guaranteed to be stocked locally unless explicitly stated.
  • Orders may require supplier confirmation before fulfillment.
  • Availability is subject to international supply conditions.

We reserve the right to modify product listings, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.


3. Order Placement & Acceptance

Placing an order does not automatically constitute acceptance. An order is considered accepted only after:

  • Full payment has been received and verified.
  • Internal processing procedures have commenced.

Brown’s Commerce Hub reserves the right to:

  • Decline or cancel any order prior to processing.
  • Limit quantities per customer.
  • Refuse service where necessary to protect operational integrity.

Once order processing has commenced, cancellations are not freely permitted.


4. Payment Policy

Full payment is required before order processing begins.

  • Partial payments are not accepted unless formally agreed in writing.
  • Payments confirm acceptance of delivery timelines and sourcing conditions.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

Failure to complete payment will result in non-processing of the order.


5. Preorder & Delivery Timeline

For preorder items:

  • Orders are grouped and processed according to supplier schedules.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
  • Typical delivery timelines may extend due to international logistics processes.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Supplier production timelines
  • Shipping congestion
  • Customs inspections
  • Regulatory restrictions
  • Force majeure events

Brown’s Commerce Hub is not liable for delays caused by external logistics or regulatory authorities.


6. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GH¢) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Shipping and logistics fees are separate unless clearly indicated.

In the event of pricing errors, the Company reserves the right to correct inaccuracies before order processing.


7. Customs, Duties, and Compliance

The Company handles customs clearance for consolidated orders unless otherwise agreed.

  • Any government restrictions, import bans, or regulatory compliance issues that affect procurement are outside the Company’s responsibility.
  • The Client agrees not to request items prohibited by Ghanaian law or international shipping regulations.
  • All Clients are required to pay their shipping fees in full before the stated deadline.
  • A penalty of $1 per day applies for any unpaid shipping fee after the 7th day of arrival at the port.
  • Failure to settle shipping fees within 3 months of arrival may result in the following:
    • Suspension of future orders with B.PORT
    • Additional recovery measures to retrieve the owed amount ( this includes items being sold at discounted value to retrieve the owed amount.) No refund will be issued.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of international sourcing and preorder processing:

  • Returns are limited.
  • Refunds are subject to review and approval.
  • Products damaged during transit must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Refund eligibility does not apply once international supplier processing has begun.


8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, images, text, branding, and design elements, are the property of Brown’s Commerce Hub and may not be reproduced without written consent.


9. Limitation of Liability

Brown’s Commerce Hub shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profit
  • Delays caused by third-party logistics providers
  • Events outside reasonable operational control

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.


10. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
