Welcome to B.PORT. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website brownscommercehub.com and the purchase of any products from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About Us

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent or guardian) and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Availability

• Products are either In Stock (ready to ship) or Pre-Order (sourced/imported on demand after you order).
• We make every effort to display products, colours, and descriptions accurately, but slight variations may occur.
• Availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS).
• Our product prices are all-inclusive of our costs. The only additional charge you pay is the applicable delivery fee, shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. There are no hidden fees.
• Payment is processed securely through trusted third-party providers, including Paystack, which supports mobile money, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers.
• Full payment is required to confirm an order or pre-order. Your order is only processed once payment is received.

5. Pre-Orders

• Pre-order items are imported on demand after your payment is received.
• Estimated delivery for pre-orders is a minimum of 8 weeks after the item ships. This does not include the procurement time needed before the item is dispatched. Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to shipping or customs factors beyond our control; we will keep you updated throughout.
• By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the item is not in immediate stock and agree to the estimated waiting period.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver nationwide across Ghana. A store pickup option is also available in Accra.
• Delivery fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on your location.
• Estimated delivery for in-stock items is approximately 1–3 working days.
• Risk of loss passes to you once the item is delivered to your provided address or collected at pickup.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

We accept returns only for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Pre-order and specially sourced items are non-refundable once the import process has begun, except where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. For full details, see our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Order Acceptance and Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

9. Customer Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on brownscommercehub.com — including the B.PORT name, logo, text, and images — is our property or used with permission and may not be copied or used without our written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, B.PORT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Ghanaian courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
